Almost every week there are updates in the investigation into the art robbery from the Drents Museum at the end of January, including this week. The police reported new arrests on Thursday. Two new suspects were arrested in the investigation into the artok of the Drents Museum in January. One is the man who was shown on images in a hardware store in Assen. The two were arrested in Heerhugowaard in Noord-Holland, there buildings were searched the day earlier. Earlier, suspects from Heerhugowaard and Alkmaar have been arrested. The stolen golden helmet and bracelets are not yet justified.
A hundred Drenten were royal on Friday during the ribbon rain. It pleased the King, among other things, to appoint Harm Dijkstra from Sleen as a knight in the Order of Oranje-Nassau. Dijkstra is a presenter of the Radio Drenthe program Hemmeltied and was completely overwhelmed by the award.
