A special penthouse is for sale in the center of Uden for two million euros. One of the main reasons for the purchase was the panoramic view. From the penthouse you have a panoramic view of the region. Ramsahai: “That view is really amazing. On New Year’s Eve you can see the fireworks shooting into the sky from below. You look straight towards Den Bosch or the provincial government building. Even in the evening, when all the lights are on, or during the day with a clear sky, the view is actually impossible to describe. You just have to experience it.”
Only a few for sale
Not only the view makes the apartment special, the size is also striking. The penthouse has a living area of no less than 256 square meters and also has a spacious roof terrace on the west.
The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, there are two private parking spaces and a garage box. “There is almost nothing of this size for sale in this region. And if anything does become available, it will only be a few.” According to the seller, the residents of the complex are proud of their living environment and together they ensure that the building remains in excellent condition, both inside and out.
Bought with a view to later
About ten years ago, Ramsahai bought the penthouse with an eye to the future; “The idea was that this would later be a very nice place to live.” The apartment is currently rented.
The location also played a major role in the purchase. The penthouse is located in the center of Uden. “The center is very lively. There are many restaurants, terraces and shops and there is little vacancy. Everything you can find in a city is here. And at the same time you can be in Den Bosch or Eindhoven in no time. That makes it a very nice living environment.”
On the way to a new dream home
The reason for the sale does not lie in the house itself, Ramsahai emphasizes. “We were able to buy a great plot in Sint-Oedenrode. We are going to build a completely new house there. That will be our dream house.”
According to him, the penthouse is especially suitable for people who are looking for comfort and tranquility. “For example, someone who no longer wants a large garden, but wants to live safely: not just anyone can enter on the tenth floor. And of course for people who really want to enjoy the view.”
