At Bakkerij van de Mortel in the Dutch municipality of Someren they like a playful pie. After pea soup with smoked sausage pie, kale with sausage pie and frikandellenvaai, they now also offer the Brabant hair salon pie on the eve of carnival. The ultimate “anti -eaters snack”.
