The tax administration’s websites vero.fi and tulorekisteri.fi experienced disturbances on Wednesday due to a denial of service attack.
According to the announcement of the Tax Administration, the attack can also affect logging into OmaVero.
– The pages operate normally from within Finland, but the services cannot be accessed from abroad, Director General of the Tax Administration Saku Airosmaa says in the announcement.
According to Airosmaa, customer data is not at risk due to the attack, but access was blocked from abroad as a precaution.
The Tax Administration says that it will update information about the development of the situation in message service X.
