The young man detained on suspicion of setting fire to the Tomsk hypermarket “Lenta” could not clearly explain the reason for his actions, informs Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
“He could not clearly explain the reasons for his action,” it was reported.
After the fire in the shopping center, the police detained a local resident born in 1988 in hot pursuit. He was taken to the police station for an investigation.
