After storm “Zeynep”, the state of emergency at the Berlin fire brigade continues. According to a spokesman, around 9 a.m. on Sunday morning, 35 operations related to the storm had to be completed.
In this case, a state of emergency means that so many alarm calls are received that they can no longer be processed one after the other – as is usually the case – and other priorities are set.

The Berlin firefighters have been on continuous duty since last Thursday due to violent storms. Storm low “Zeynep” brought the firefighters from Friday evening to Saturday evening 2033 weather-related operations, it was said.
