Nagelsmann had already explained in advance: Kai Havertz will play in attack from kick-off, Angelo Stiller, who replaces the injured Aleksandar Pavlović, and Leon Goretzka in central midfield. The 38-year-old had also already decided on the central defender duo in central defense: “We will start tomorrow with Jona (Jonathan Tah, editor’s note) and Schlotti (Nico Schlotterbeck, editor’s note),” said Nagelsmann on Thursday at the press conference in St. Jakob-Park in Basel.
