The world’s strongest man of 2017 preparing for the first freestyle fight of his life Eddie Hall found out during training that even a little falling asleep in the cage can be fatal.

Hall sparred with a man taller than himself, whom he called a “Russian “monster”.

– I was warned in advance that he is like a deadly weapon. I was very careful with this guy. I didn’t want to attack, but rather to probe, the Brit explained his plan on his YouTube channel in the video.

The opponent, however, immunized the place. The 191-centimeter boar got kicked in the head and fell to the mat.

– Nice hit, Hall said after recovering back to his feet.

Having left powerlifting behind, Hall, 36, will take part in a freestyle tournament in Qatar in February, where he will face the reigning world’s strongest man by Mitchell Hooper.

Hall has martial arts experience from another year when he boxed Iceland Hafthor “Thor” Björnsson against. Hall withstood Björnsson’s mauling for a full six rounds, but lost the match by unanimous decision.
