As a reminder: why over gaat dit?

Dat will overheid en koepels nu oplossen.”
Graven de koepels en overheid hiermee de strijdbijl?

Ze leggen zichzelf een strict timing op: tegen het voorjaar moeten de nieuwe atermen er zijn. Is that realistic?
“I understand het. How important is this agreement?
