Pakarinen also highlights Tiihonen’s songs on the theme of mental health and its handling at the cultural level.
– Cheek’s lyrics create space for an authentic experience -based mental health speech, where the social and cultural aspects of the mind also emerge, he describes in a news release from the University of Jyväskylä.
Pakarinen sees that production can identify means of expression and themes that allow, for example, further studies on rap art therapy.
Tiihonen was amazed
Tiihonen comments on Pakarinen’s research in the release. He says he was amazed at the results.
– It seems unrealistic that someone has researched and analyzed the texts I wrote with such an amazing accuracy. Pakarinen has found repeated themes and connections in the verses I have written for nearly 20 years – even those I have not consciously noticed. After all, I have only honestly written the thoughts and feelings of each year, and released albums of them, he says.
