The decision taken by the Super League referees after Halil Umut Meler was attacked in the Ankaragücü – Çaykur Rizespor match has been announced.

The referees met with the President of the Turkish Football Federation, Mehmet Büyükekşi, and decided to start the matches to be played next week. The Federation will announce the details regarding the issue by making a written statement during the day.

The “camp/seminar” planned to be held this weekend for referees and their families has been cancelled. It was learned that the referees will return to their homes within 1-2 days.
