Half -Seven program presenter Olli-Pekka Kurti Made his last broadcast on the program today Friday.
-I wouldn’t have thought that my last half of Seiska would make a folk dance event, Kurti hosted.
The course thrown himself into folk dance at the Tradi event, which will take place in Tampere this weekend.
– This has been a special week, I have learned to weave in looms and folk dances, which is what the next one might be from this great selection of Finnishness, Kursi ponders.
Towards the end of the broadcast were heard the last words of the course Half past seven –in the program.
-At this point, because it is my last half of the Seiska broadcast, I would like to thank all the viewers for these years.
– It’s been awesome to make a program that has always been on the side of joy and light week after week. These are still needed today, and on that road, I will remain halfway through the end of the seven in the future. And, of course, on the various platforms of YLE will surely see and hear, the course decided.

Yle announced a number of changes to their software last week, one of which was a popular Half -seven Friday broadcasts. Friday’s live broadcast will be replaced in the future with a renovated broadcast of the best of the week after this spring.
As a result of the change, Friday’s presenters Anniina Valtonen, Tuulianna tola as well as Olli-Pekka Kurti stops Half -seven program. Valtonen’s last Half -seven -The broadcast is May 16th.
The course earlier told Iltalehti that he would have liked to have done until the end of the spring season.
– On Yle, a new organization will start on 1 April, that is, the authors will probably be wanted in their own home delivery, he thought at the time.
The course will move full-time to YLE Helsinki, where he has worked for many years.
-I have been sad that this side of the Seiska dune came to an end. I liked working with people, and half of Seiska has taken it all over Finland. Giving up on it is unfortunate. However, as a journalist, I will continue to work on human -centered work, Kurti commented earlier.
