Blanco, the perfect boss, runs the business he inherited, like a good family man: talks, understands, works to solve the problems of the workers, enters their lives. Blanco, for the good of the company, is willing to do anything.
With a flawless cast, fantastic dialogue and more than just a comic moment (the social conflict reduced to the challenge between the boss and a dismissed employee who stages a protest in rhyme), is the best choice to start the year, reflecting, between a laugh and a subdued attempt at critique of neoliberalism, on our present.
