The awakening: from paralysis to decision
I always wondered what I projected into my choices, but the path took me along paths I never imagined traveling.
My journey changed drastically at age 30, after the impact of an abusive situation.
Back then, I didn’t have the tools to understand what was happening to me; or how to face the situation without sinking along the way. I only felt a suffocating sensation of confinement. It wasn’t just the trauma, it was also the structure: the duty to be, the autonomy, the office, the bosses… not knowing what I wanted for my life was my breaking point.
I decided that I would never again inhabit that place of helplessness. I began a deep time of therapy and work on my own desires, finding at that moment a starting point to live in consciousness. This is how I began to work on my relationship with personal power and the operations of the unconscious, transforming me into the woman I am today.
The origin of a vocation
Since I was little I had an innate ability to understand realities that exceeded my environment. I always liked to communicate, analyze and return a constructive view.
In 2017, this interest took shape when I met my teacher, Sonia Santa Cruz, who introduced me to Reiki and Bach Flowers. I arrived lost, but willing to “turn around” to find my way.
After the pandemic, in 2021, I consolidated my training and created my own method: the Holistic Consulting. I felt I had to go beyond traditional spirituality; I was looking for a systemic approach that would open a practical toolbox for everyday life. In 2023 the Access Barsa technique that brought me unprecedented bodily liberation and empowered me to facilitate change processes in others.
Today, my great gift is to open the way for each person to update their life by linking it with their energy. In an era where spirituality is sometimes used as an escape, I propose taking charge. Responsibility should not cause restlessness, but rather freedom.
