Fast and delicious. That’s what this one pan dessert is.

Fried bananas are good for everyone. Roni Lehti

Banana is a favorite fruit of many. No wonder.

But when the banana ripens, many may not eat it.

The chef rushes to the rescue Risto Mikkola. His one-pan dessert is mouth-watering.

– This is a quick dessert. You can use any dried fruit, Mikkola reminds.

Vanilla ice cream goes great with caramelized bananas.

100 g of sugar

75 g of butter

1. Melt the sugar in a pan, add the butter and mix until smooth.

3. Place the caramelized bananas on the serving plate, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and lemon crumble on top.
