– You talk about new leadership. What really changed?
For more than three decades I led teams in the corporate world, in contexts of high demand and permanent change. That journey allowed me to understand something key: the results do not depend only on the strategy, but on the identity of those who lead.
Traditional leadership worked when the environment was more predictable. Today, in a scenario of constant uncertainty, this model is insufficient. The new leadership is not imposed from the hierarchy: it is built from consciousness.
– What does it mean to lead from conscience?
It means taking responsibility for the impact we generate. A conscious leader understands that each decision shapes culture and that personal coherence directly influences teams. It is not about emotionalism, but about maturity: when the leader’s identity evolves, the organization evolves.
– How did you go from the corporate world to working on personal transformation?
A profound personal process led me to apply years of study in neuroscience, positive mental attitude, and human development to myself. From that experience, the CLARK Method was born, a model that accompanies people in five movements: connecting with their reality, releasing limiting patterns, aligning decisions with values, renewing their identity and creating a more conscious version of themselves.
– Also created PowerWoman Club and PowerMen Club.
They are spaces where internal leadership is trained. There people work on decisions, limits, coherence and purpose. When someone organizes their internal world, it transforms their way of leading in all areas.
– The challenge ahead?
Stop looking for external solutions and assume internal responsibility. The leadership of the future will be that of those who develop awareness and want to leave traces.
