In the men’s singles category of the Rome Open Tennis Tournament, Holger Rune and Daniil Medvedev eliminated their opponents in the semi-finals and reached the final.

Semi-finals were played in the men’s singles category in the tournament, which was held for the 80th time this year on clay courts at the Foro Italico Complex in the capital city of Rome.

In the first semi-final match of the day, 7th seeded Danish Holger Rune and 4th seeded Casper Ruud shared their trump cards.

Casper Ruud won the first set to tie-break 7-6, while Rune won the second set 6-4, and the situation in the sets came to 1-1.

Rune won the final set 6-2 and won the match 2-1 and advanced to the final.

In the other leg of the semi-finals, the 3rd seeded Russian Daniil Medvedev faced the 5th seeded Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, who played in the final in Rome last year.
