Psychiatrists declare the accused normal and responsible in court.
Maryam’s killer brothers knew exactly what they were doing…
Day 37 in the murder trial of the brothers Yousuf Sayed (27) and Mahdi Seyed H. (23) from Afghanistan. On July 13, 2021, her sister Maryam (34) disappeared in Berlin.
As can be seen on videos from the Südkreuz train station, they are dragging a bulky suitcase to the ICC in the direction of Munich. Maryam’s body was found buried in Bavaria three weeks later. The brothers are silent in the process for 30 days.

Then Yousuf suddenly explains: Nothing was planned, he alone choked his sister to death; He only slit her throat because the corpse didn’t fit in the suitcase. The little brother only helped to remove traces and the body.
Two psychiatrists found out what’s going on with Maryam’s brothers: they are completely normal and culpable!
► BROTHER YOUSUF Tells a lot. Times from a difficult childhood: “Poor family, eight siblings. I hate father, a financier could do whatever he wanted with us. Terrible things happened.” Sometimes he comes from the best of circles: “Good family, big house in Kabul. Father paid a lot of money for our escape.”
Yousuf is a heartthrob: “good-looking, charming, intelligent.” Speaks several languages (“also wonderful German”). But has a “destructive-humiliating way of dealing with women”. Maryam “was about to evade his sphere of influence”.
The expert: “Squeezing someone’s throat for a significant amount of time has nothing to do with depression.”
► BROTHER MAHDI is different: introverted, anxious, tormented. “There are people who seem stupid because they don’t dare to say anything. But he speaks German very well.”
I “just fiddled” and didn’t do anything else. No impairment of impulse control, able to make one’s own decisions at any time. The brothers had a “close relationship, but no pathological symbiosis”.
They knew what they were doing. Verdict January 19.
