The lingering curd pie is delicious

If you are looking for a treat bomb, here is the answer.

The lingonberry balances the sweetness of the quince. Roni Lehti

Instead of a traditional curd pie, you can bake this delicious combination of chocolate, lingonberry, curd and quince. It will charm you for sure.

Curd tends to soften the acidity of the lingonberry pie. The sweet caramel sauce and easy chocolate dough go well with the pie.

Lingonberry pie

Pie base:

1 egg

125 g of sugar

175 g butter

350 g of wheat flour

5-10 tablespoons cold water

1. Mix the dry ingredients together, pound in the butter, add the egg and stir. Add 5-10 tablespoons of water as needed. Enough to make the dough smooth and elastic.

2. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour. Lightly grease the pie pan with oil, press the baking paper into the pan and the dough evenly (about 0.5 cm thick) over the baking paper, including the edges. Cut off the extra edges, do not throw them away.

3. Place baking paper on top of the dough and place it on top, such as dried peas or beans. Place the pan in a 170-degree oven and bake the pie pan for about 20 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven, remove the peas or beans and the top baking paper. Prepare the filling.

Filling:

200 g frozen blackberries

1 tablespoon Maizena cornstarch

5 eggs

200 g of unflavoured curd

1 orange peel and juice

120 g of sour cream

150 g of sugar

5 dl whipped cream

1. Mix the cornstarch with the lingonberries and pour over the pre-cooked pie base. Beat the eggs lightly and add the other ingredients. Pour the mass over the lentils. Bake in a 150-degree oven for another 40 minutes, cool slightly and serve.

Chocolate-dough

50% dough base leftovers / edges

50% dark chocolate in small pieces

1. Place the ingredients on a baking sheet on baking paper and bake at 130 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remove from oven and freeze.

2. Put in a cutter and drive to crumbs. You can also put it in a plastic bag and a mallet with a meat stick. Use on top of the cake as a garnish.

Cinnamon sauce:

1 tbsp condensed milk

1. Put the jar in boiling water and simmer for 2.5 hours. Remove from water, cool well and open the jar. Enjoy.
