In the popular popular In couch potatoes In many seasons, with his sarcastic humor and essence, the chef and restonomist laughed Katja Rämö34, meets the journalist with a smile at the summer restaurant of Tampere Central Square.
– I’ve always been a performer from my personality. I persisted as a kitchen manager and just pressed forward. Then in the spring of 2024 there was insomnia, I was crying often and felt like I was just a wheel on the treadmill. I started restaurant work at the catering service at the age of 14, I also had a couple of years of e-commerce and Puskin to go.
Katja started with her best friend Santer on couch potatoes in 2019. The program also became a TV publicity.
– The couch potatoes were a fun and educational experience, that experience was not the cause of my exhaustion, but I was often recognized on TV and it was new in life.

Katja applied for an occupational health doctor and started regular meetings for a psychiatric nurse – she was about to dive in her own life. Monthly sick leave and exhaustion began for months.
– I had been to psychotherapy a couple of years before exhaustion. Now I went on sick leave inside my life. I was at the cottage in Janakkala a lot alone, went to the woods mushroom and hugged the trees and observed nature. I met my parents and my 95-year-old grandma, who is very important to me. As a young man, a friend’s tragic death touched and shortly after that my dear thunder died, and they went through the therapy again.
Back to the restaurant
Katja is now back to work, a familiar restaurant that she was working five years ago.
-I will officially get my ADHD diagnosis now in August. The queues in these matters are long, with this issue for three and a half years. It’s too much, Katja criticizes.
Katja praises her work community to the Ukkometo restaurant.
– It was good to return to my work community, the family business staff is open and we have straight, straightforward and other encouraging relationships. I’m social and tough to talk, customer service work was also unfortunate. It was wonderful to return to the work team, but yes the beginning was excited.

Katja has lived with her husband for three and a half years in Tampere. The couple has been together for five years. Katja also keeps in touch with her couch potatoes Santer.
– Santer and my common humor are so huge, it does not always withstand daylight. Yes, a lot of censorship was censored in the sofa criteria, Katja laughs and praises her best friend.
Katja does not plan a family with children.
– I’m not a mother type. That’s good, Katja says directly.
Did TV celebrity bring surprising situations?
-Continuous Facebook pictures, selfies and questions about descriptions. After all, the episode was filmed at home, the three -person shooting team was involved, but always in another room. Once, a drunken woman attacked the street to hug from behind, but I saw the attacking character and dodged when reflected by the window glass. It was a good gesture for a woman, but it felt scary.
New plans?
Katja dreams of her own podcast or would be happy to do radio work as a talkative person.
– I have a love for food and mushrooms, but I would also like to continue studying to get the qualifications of a vocational teacher. When I already have a restonomic degree, it would be a year to study. The meaningful work is for man A and O.
– When I kept an e -commerce store, I noticed that as an entrepreneur, I lacked risk -taking, it requires entrepreneurship. I admire bold, ideas -rich people.
