Yle’s sports reporter Noora Toivo has shared her mood on her Instagram after the Special Forces showdown.

Special forcesprogram ended yesterday. Sports reporter Noora Toivo, minister Mika Poutala (kd), ex-boxer Robert Helenius and floorball player Nico Salo made it to the finals.
After the final episode, Toivo shared his feelings on his Instagram account after he returned home from the camp. In his latest Instagram publication, Toivo shows the bruises that his body was full of Special forces– after the break.
– So the bruises have almost healed, which means I had really much worse bruises. My legs looked really sick there on swimming day when I saw them in the mirror, Toivo describes in his publication.

Toivo also talks about other changes in his body after the camp.
– I lost four kilos in the camp and two kilos in the next 3 weeks, even though I was constantly eating junk food. The feeling of hunger lasted almost a month, Toivo states.
Toivo also says that Special forces-the doctor called him after the program.
– Doctor Antti called me again and said that the three-week ban on movement came after the camp, because it was such a harsh set on our bodies, Toivo says.
Hope’s trials don’t end there.
Earlier, Toivo described in his second Instagram post Special forces– experience as “the hardest set of his life”. At the same time, he told about the things that remained after the program. Toivo says, among other things, that after the camp he was suspected of having a pulmonary embolism.

In the final episode, the test takers first had to jump out of the plane, navigate to trainer Janne Lehtonen in a two-hour time limit, and continue to the next task areas. Toivo failed to find the place in the given time limit, so he had to be the first to go home.
The only person who passed the camp was Mika Poutala.
