Christophe Galtier will not be PSG’s coach next season. It is a fact. But he won’t walk away with one hand in front and one behind. The Parisian club wants him out to understand that he has not met the objectives that had been set at the beginning of the campaign, that they were none other than lifting the long-awaited Champions League or, at least, staying very close.
However, the capital team has been very far away and the sensations have been of a forced project, without roots and improvised based on signing big names. Now, PSG wants to start again from scratch, and for this they will sign a new coach. Nagelsmann sounds, who is the number 1 candidate.
But for the German to arrive, Christophe Galtier must first leave. And Qatar is in those, trying to reach an agreement so that the French coach leaves the bench of the Parque de los Príncipes. He will do it, sure, with a settlement according to everything that is paid in Paris.
The figures are not yet official and negotiations continue, but in France it is pointed out that Galtier will receive about six million euros for his dismissal. The Frenchman signed for two seasons, but he will not complete the second of them and PSG will have to pay and in what way his goodbye.
