The head of Komi, Vladimir Uiba, told reporters that he had decided to dismiss the republican government.
“I would like to thank my colleagues for their joint work. Conditions were extreme,” he said (quoted from TASS). Uyba said that members of the Cabinet will continue to work in the status of acting until the appointment of a new government.
Elmira Akhmeyeva will become the new chair of the Cabinet. She holds the post Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government – Minister of Economic Development and Industry.
