“Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order to allocate more than 400 million rubles for the sequencing (genetic analysis) of a new strain,” the report says.
The funds will be used to purchase equipment, enzymes and consumables, which will allow testing at least 57.2 thousand samples. The money is allocated to subordinate institutions of Rospotrebnadzor from the government reserve fund.
