The end of Dimitri Payet’s season is under threat.

Football star Dimitri Payet was guilty of a dirty trick in a French league match, when Marseille, which he represented, lost to Lens 1–2.
The 36-year-old striker sat on the bench in the 23rd minute of the game, when the Lens defender Facundo Medina fired the ball towards the Marseille bench.
The Marseille players were furious with Medina and rushed onto the pitch to rip him off. A large crowd of arguing players and coaches formed on the side of the field.
Video footage of the incident has now gone viral, showing Payet slapping the Lens assistant coach in the middle of the chaos Yannick Cahuzacia to the face.

The referee of the match, Clement Turpin, did not notice Payet’s trick, and so he sent Cahuzac, who was hit, and one of Marseille’s background players into the shower.
French magazine L’Equipe according to Lens’ head coach Frank Heise was furious with the verdict and demanded that Payet be sent off as well.
– Mr. Turpin! Red card for Payet! Didn’t you see the slap? Heisen reportedly shouted on the field.
However, Payet faces a penalty for the situation afterwards. For example, in 2018, the goalkeeper of Lyon Anthony Lopes was banned for five games for slapping an opposing official.
Marseille have four games left. British newspaper of The Sun according to Payet’s season may be over.
