– What the hell says on the Finnish flag, said Swedish journalist Tokyo.
– Can you say why your flag is some text? I can’t find out with the translator, asked the Estonian colleague on the galleries of the Japanese National Stadium.
During men’s pole qualifier, international TV photos a Blue Flag, which says “Sumiainen”.
Next to the flag is a white sheet with a “fitness Sumiainen” written.
This is a Finnish small village. Sumiainen is located in Central Finland in the municipality of Äänekoski, where it was attached in January 2007. According to the Äänekoski website, Sumiainen has over 1,000 people.
The condition of Sumiainen is a sports club from the community. Fitness works, for example, in skiing sports, endurance sports, weight lifting and kettlebell sports.
It is not the first time that during the athletics value races, Sumiainen rises to the headlines. Provincial Magazine in Central Finland wrote Last season at the Roman European Championships on the subject. According to Keskisuomalainen, this is an anonymous group of Finnish athletics friends who wants positive publicity with flag and lacquer.
On Saturday, Tokyo National Stadium has very few tickets on the railing of the stands, so Finnish colors are clearly distinguished.
