Sweden’s Frölunda HC has won the hockey Champions League. Frölunda won the CHL final against Luleå in extra time with goals 3–2.
The winning goal of the match was scored by the Finnish Jere Innala with an upper hand. The goal was scored when 4.57 minutes had been played in overtime.
The Finn was marked as the second shooter for Frölunda’s second goal, so he was credited with 1+1 for the match.
Both of Luleå’s goals were Finnish. The first goal was scored by Eetu Koivistoinen and the second by Otto Leskinen.
