A man who appeared as a baby on the cover of the classic album brought an action for the band.

The federal judge has once again rejected the Gunge band Nirvana. The action concerned Nirvana in 1991 Nevermindalbum cover image. The artist Spencer Elden, who brought the action, accused the band of spreading sexual footage against children, because the album cover had a photo of her naked baby swimming.

US district court judge Fernando Olguin now rejected the action for the second time, citing that no jury considered the picture as pornography.
