Valtteri Puustinen scored the first NHL goal of his career when the Pittsburgh Penguins crushed the New York Islanders 7–0.

The 24-year-old attacker scored his team’s seventh goal with a wonderful shot directly from the pass.

While Puustinen aired his big moment in the limelight, the TV viewers’ attention was nevertheless drawn to the Islanders fan sitting behind him. The man with the beanie waved two middle fingers at the Finn in frustration.

Grinning NHL Followers asked the message service X to hang the screenshot in the Louvre museum.

Some were also of the opinion that the middle fingers should be taken as a tribute.

– If I were Puustinen, that picture would be on the wall in my own home, one commenter wrote.

In addition to the debut goalscorer, two other Penguins players were also awarded commemorative discs in the locker room.

Yevgeni Malkin became the Russian who scored the second most NHL goals of all time, and About Kris Letang NHL defenseman with the most assists in one game in history. Letang had five assists in the second period.
