“It is obvious that Washington’s non-stop pumping of the Kiev regime with new weapons actually incites it to military adventures against the inhabitants of Donbass,” the Russian embassy said in a statement.
As an example, the diplomatic mission stated that on January 28, Ukrainian servicemen opened fire on an apartment building in the village of Yasnoye, which is located near the city of Dokuchaevsk in the Donetsk region of Ukraine.
