He 3 Days Trail Ibiza 2025 It is already warming up for its 12th edition. Of the Friday, November 28 to Sunday, November 30the Pitiusa island will once again become one of the great focuses of national trail running: three days, four venues, distances for all levels and a line-up of athletes that places the event among the most attractive at the end of the season.

Friday: night start in Dalt Vila

The party starts on Friday at 7:00 p.m. with the Night 10Kan urban and very runnable race with start and finish at the Sargantana Children’s Park. Two laps to complete 10 km and 320 m+passing through the most emblematic points of the center and ascending to the magical Dalt Vila under the stars. It is the best contact with the event for those who want to experience the atmosphere without accumulating too many kilometers.

Saturday: the big trail day in Ibiza

On Saturday the strong menu arrives, with four distances and several of the best specialists in the country on the starting line.

Ultra Trail 73.5K (06:00 a.m., Dalt Vila – Sant Josep)

It is 73.5 km and 2,100 m+ to the Sant Josep de sa Talaia Town Hall. In the men’s category, the poster is scary: Zaid Ait Malek, Jesús Gil, Marc Bernades, Enric Pons, Julen Calvó, Pablo Ibáñez, Urko Valdivieso and Pepelu Ballester. In girls, generational duel with the legendary Núria Picas against Gemma Arenas, Ana María Jiménez Gálvez, Àngels Llobera and the German Carina Helmreich.

Marathon (9:30 a.m., Sant Josep – circular circuit)

42 km and 1,936 m+ with departure and arrival in Sant Josep. A technical and demanding route where a name from the world trail starts as the great favorite: Pau Capell, number one candidate for victory.

Half marathon (11:00 a.m., Es Cubells – Sant Josep)

21 km and 1,163 m+ ending in Sant Josep. Here the level is also very high, with Antonio Martínez, Iván Calvó, Iván Moreno, Xavier Villalonga, David Soto and the special presence of Chema Martínez, athletics legend converted to trail running.

10K Starter (11.15 a.m., Cala d’Hort – Sant Josep)

Ten kilometers and 550 m+ with one of the most iconic departures on the calendar, in front of the islet of Es Vedrà. It will also be a very emotional distance: the blind runner María Petit will participate guided, among others, by Pol Makuri, athlete with functional diversity and three-time Zegama-Aizkorri finisher. The Mallorcan Bel Calero will also be there, reinforcing the inclusive nature of the event.

Sunday: closing by the sea in Santa Eulalia

On Sunday the final touch will come with a daytime 10K at 11:00 a.m. with start and finish at Paseo S’Alamera in Santa Eulalia del Río.

With 440 m+, it combines fast sections, trails and the essence of the Balearic trail to say goodbye to three days where Ibiza dedicates itself to the mountains.
