The company of the oppositions regrets the incidents but notes errors of the Generalitat

Cegos, the company that organized the oppositions of the Generalitat in which there were incidents on Saturday, has regretted the inconvenience for the applicants who were examined, but it has verified “breach” of the Public Administration about which it had warnedand added that “she remains committed to the successful completion of this process”.

In a statement this Thursday, he regretted that the Ministry of the Presidency announced that it will terminate the contract and the tests will be repeated: “We regret this decision communicated by the Minister Vilagrà, whose legal basis we do not know and that we have not been formally informed“.

Cegos has said that will continue with the process of custody and correction of evidenceto safeguard the rights of the applicants and to “resolve the scope of the incidents that -in the last hours- the Generalitat has collected on a web page not contemplated in the specifications of the procedure”.

He has assured that the process has a special complexity because there are many calls and for the novelty of the execution formatand that it has tried to comply with the entire contract “despite not having all the information available on time or in the proper form from the administration”.

He contract gave Cegos 4 tasks: print exams and answer sheets, distribute materials for the exams in the classrooms, monitor the classrooms during the exam and correct them within the established period.

Cegos alleges that “only part of the process“because the Generalitat had 3 tasks: to have adequate spaces, to assign and distribute the candidates in the classrooms, and to prepare the exam material (question booklets and the answer sheet, which Cegos later had to print).

The company sees in these tasks “possible non-compliance or defective compliance by the Generalitatwhich could hinder the correct development of the selection process”.
