THE colors of the Serenissima. Venetian painting of the eighteenth century in Trentino tells of the intense cultural exchanges not only between the Trentino valleys and the Venetian cities, Venice above all but also Verona.

Around seventy works on display, including large-format ones, returned home from museums in the United States and throughout Europe who possess them, which show reciprocal relationships and influences between this territory and the great Venetian school of art.

Among others, works by Simone Brentana, Giambettino Cignaroli, Antonio and Francesco Guardi, the latter originally from Val di Sole, are on display.
