On Friday, September 22, they begin in Barcelona the Mercè festivals, the main festival of the Catalan capital for which numerous activities and concerts are scheduled. The same day also begins St Michael Biergartena festival for beer lovers.

The San Miguel Biergarten will take place on September 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 and October 1, 2023 at the Poble Espanyol, in Montjuïc. There, attendees will be able to try 19 different varieties of beer, as well as attending workshops, tastings, live music and DJ sessions. There will also be no shortage of German gastronomic specialties such as bratwurst, pikantwurst, currywurst or pretzels.
The entrance to the Biergarten is free for residents of Catalonia, with limited capacity that will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You can find more information at the official website of the event.
