Le Mans as a dream

Success in the Ardennie Mountains would help again in the career. Honkavuori’s long -term dream has been to get Le Mans’s classic 24 -hour race.

He is also helped by a strong connection to Porsche, which is one of the oceans of the endurance race.

In addition to competing, Honkavuori has been working in a German giant organization for a long time in several different responsibilities.

– Le Mans is a dream and we are aiming. The background troops are constantly working on it. The aim is to be in Le Mans in two years.

– Now the Spa has a lot of viewers, good drivers and people in the industry. Of course, a good individual performance there would also be important for my career.

However, Honkavuori emphasizes that he is not exclusively concentrating on long endurance races. It is possible that he will also return to the Porsche Supercup next spring.

– It would be best if you could combine endurance races and short sprints. We work to return to the sprint next season.
