There has been strong criticism around the tango market. Now Tango Judge Marko Maunuksela tells his own view.

The Tango Market sparked strong criticism after Saturday. The audience was disappointed with the songs heard in the competition, and traditional tango was missed.
Now Marko Maunuksela, chairman of the jury, opens his mouth on the subject in fresh Facebookin his writing carries the discussion around the tango market.

Maunuksela emphasizes in her writing that despite the public’s criticism, a lot of traditional tango has been sung in the race.
– Since pre -qualifying videos, all competitors have performed traditional tango. They have been sung after the video in the Lempäälä qualifiers, in the Hyvinkää semi -finals and a sea gang cruise. The traditional tango was sung at Seinäjoki Square and on Saturday in the final round of the song competition, Maunuksela writes.
The same message was given by the Tango Market CEO Pasi Ojala on Sunday.
There have also been exceptions to traditional tango sarmos when it was up to the competitors to choose three songs that were not tango during the race week.
– The choice wanted to have versatility from competitors. And at the same time, the competitors were given a moment when they could show the public about their own skills without the production of what is being sung, Maunuksela opens.

Maunuksela also opens up the Super Final Administration of Saturday, where four sequel singers performed tango -fitted versions of their songs.

Maunuksela also says in his long publication that the jury’s choices are based on several vocal performance, and the overall evaluation is done over the long distance.

Tango kingers comment
