The Association of Spanish Soccer Players (AFE) issued a statement in which it disapproves of the comments that the new Rayo Vallecano Women’s coach expressed in the private sphere, known after transcending the content of some audios.
The content of the statement is as follows:
“We understand that These are comments that cannot be tolerated when we talk about a coach who has been hired to direct the destiny of a women’s team.
AFE condemns any type of speech or behavior of that type, whether directed at both men and women.
As always, AFE is at the service of the female Rayo Vallecano’s teammates to act as they see fit.”
