The most interesting game of the day

The hottest domestic football match of the day will be served in Kotka, when the first favorites of the First League, who played in the Veikkausliiga last season, KTP and Haka collide.

KTP, the strongest team in the first league, started the series a little shaky by playing the first four games with a balance of 2-1-1. Since then, the team has won all their matches. In the last three games, KäPa, SJK Akatemia and Klubi 04 have fallen. The shots in these games have gone in favor of the Kotka team in total 52–21 and corner kicks 26–8. The team has even been better than its results in terms of games. In the last four games, the Eagles have conceded only one goal.

Considering the material, the success of the Kotka players in the early season has been based on close defense. Despite their clear league lead, KTP has scored only 11 goals in their nine games.

KTP’s undisputed key player in the early season has been 35 years old Petteri Forsell. Forsell has scored (3) or assisted (4) on 64 percent of his team’s goals.

Haka’s streak of four unbeaten games was broken on Friday with a somewhat unfortunate 1-2 home loss to JäPS. Before that, the team showed a clear upward trend in terms of play.

Koski’s game has been significantly more attack-oriented than KTP’s. In nine games, the team has scored 16 goals. Of course, mine has also rattled ten times.

It’s no surprise that there are no less than two Haka players at the top of the league’s scoring list. Imani Lanquedoc and Roni Pietsalo have both been hit four times already.

From a betting point of view, the KTP–Haka match is most fascinating in the abundance of goals. Although Juha Pasojan Coached by KTP, it has been above all a tight group, somehow Haka’s opponent is such that there may be small breaks from the strict system now.

While the Haka itself is generous in both directions, the 1.84 offered for more than 2.5 goals is right on the borderline of playability. My rating for over 2.5 goals is 54%. My power ratio estimate for the game is 47% – 27% – 26%.

KTP–Haka starts at 18:30.

The best betting tip of the day

The best bet on Monday is a long-term bet on Haiti from the FIFA World Cup.

Haiti is of course one of the weakest teams in the tournament. Still, it has also shown some kind of class by winning its own North and Central American qualifying group and making it to the Games. In the qualifiers, Honduras, Costa Rica and Nicaragua were left behind. Haiti won its own qualifying group with a score of 3–2–1, goals 9–6.

Brazil, Scotland and Morocco play in the same group as Haiti in the World Cup tournament. Of course, all of these are basically better teams than Haiti. Now it’s about how much better? Looking purely at the international handicap lines of the matches (Scotland -1.0, Brazil -2.75 and Morocco 1.5), Haiti is theoretically a total of about 5.25 goals weaker than its opponent.

I am interested in the goals scored by Haiti in this tournament. What increases the interest the most is the fact that Haiti’s games will most likely be limited to three games in the first group, which means that the goals scored by it can be fairly well estimated from the three matches that are already known.

Of course, Brazil is from a different planet in terms of talent compared to Haiti and it is possible that the brass stars alone will destroy Haiti in terms of goals scored under-I bet when I get really excited. It is also possible that Brazil will not play the entire game to its full potential in a long tournament, especially against Haiti, if the lead is, for example, two or three goals.

In their final matches against Bolivia and Curaçao, Scotland was very generous after hitting their net with a total of eight balls. Scotland is not normally a special goal-scoring team. The same words apply to Morocco.

Haiti will certainly fight against each of these with full enthusiasm, and some kind of stretches against Scotland or Morocco would not come as a complete shock, at least to me.

After all this, the goal line scored by Haiti in the tournament, 8.5 goals, seems quite high under– with the company in mind. I consider the 1.80 odds offered for under 8.5 goals worth a try with an estimate of 58%.

Games of the day:

World Cup: Goals Conceded – Haiti, Over/Under 8.5 – Under 8.5 (odds 1.80).

The total balance of the day’s games for the year: 68/106/117%
