Rutger Castricum takes a big hit on Renze Klamer. The dozed off PowNed presenter calls the RTL 4 talk show host boring. But that’s not all. “Then you’re a dick too, right?”
Renze Klamer’s false start is used by Rutger Castricum to revive his image as a brutal TV personality. PowNed’s walking ratings flop thinks the widely praised RTL 4 star is a ‘dick’. Why? Because on the day of the cancellation of RTL Tonight, Renze shouted that he was looking for a talk show table.
“He’s a dick!”
Anger is currently the prevailing emotion at RTL, says TV authority Tina Nijkamp Today Inside. “There is really a lot of hatred and envy and I think that is justified, right? They are of course very angry with Renze because of that post. He posted: ‘Listen, I’m going to pick out a table and then I’ll be back in September.’”
Rutger then comes out quite fiercely: “But then you’re also a dick, right? Aren’t you?”
Wilfred Genee: “It is not tactically strong.”
Team Renze
Tina thinks it is strong that Renze quickly left RTL Tonight. “I am team Renze.”
Rutger: “But if you are team Renze, you also have to be critical and besides the fact that he is also quite boring, he is also a dick.”
Tina: “Well, he’s not boring and he’s not a dick at all.”
Rutger: “Well, I think this is… If you do this when an entire team is on its ass, then I think you’re an asshole for writing this.”
Just kidding
Johan Derksen has no problem with Renze’s clumsy joke. “That boy has really kept his mouth shut the entire period, has not been in the publicity and now he has tried a joke that went completely wrong with Beau.”
Rutger: “With the entire team and I understand that in a way.”
Tina: “I also understand that Beau and Humberto are very angry with him, but I also understand that Beau and Humberto are very angry with their director Peter van der Vorst, because he has ensured that they no longer have a program.”
Politically correct
Wierd Duk thinks that it mainly has to do with the political color of RTL. “Tina, they should have just tried a little harder and made a better program? They are just intensely boring and politically correct as presenters. No one wants that.”
Finally, he sighs: “Renze is too, by the way, but hey, apparently people are waiting for that…”
