400 g chicken fillet strips

1-2 carrots in thin strips

1-2 chili pods (depending on size and taste) into thin strips

1 cube of vegetable broth

1 potted coriander torn into shreds

a handful of mung bean sprouts

100 g of rice noodles

1. Fry the chicken strips in a pan.

2. Sauté carrot strips and chilies in a small amount of oil.

3. Combine the chicken, carrots and chili in the pan and add about a liter of hot water. Crumble the vegetable broth cube, add the grated ginger and chopped garlic as well as the fish broth and soy sauce.

4. Simmer and taste the broth. Add garlic / ginger if there is not enough flavor. Finally, add the chopped coriander, sprouts and rice noodles that cook for a few minutes.
