With the change made in the TFF Professional Football and Transfer Instruction, it was stated that foreign football players in Ukraine and Russia can transfer to clubs in our country until 7 April.
It was noted that there would be no change in the number of foreign players in this change, in which FIFA’s decision was applied.

“At the meeting of the TFF Board of Directors dated 22.03.2022, it was decided to add a temporary Article 7 to the Status and Transfers of Professional Football Players, pursuant to the decision of FIFA regarding the football players and coaches registered to the clubs affiliated to the Ukrainian and Russian Football Federations due to the war in Ukraine. given.”
PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 7
“1) In accordance with the decision taken by FIFA about the footballers and trainers registered to the Ukrainian and Russian Football Federations due to the war in Ukraine and the Annex-7 of the FIFA Players’ Status and Transfers Instruction, which was put into effect; the relevant instructions, regulations and Clubs where foreign football players are allowed to be played, provided that they comply with the quota of foreign football players specified in the league statutes;
a) Contracts to be signed by the end of the 2021-2022 season with at most 2 of the football players registered to the clubs affiliated to the Ukrainian Football Federation and the football players registered to the clubs affiliated to the Russian Football Federation as foreign nationals.
They can register until 07.04.2022 (including this date). In this context, it is possible for clubs that have registered new players to revise their A Team Lists for these players until 08.04.2022 at the latest and 24 hours before their first official competition following the registration.
b) Of the other football players (amateur, women and futsal) registered to the clubs affiliated to the Ukrainian Football Federation, they can register at most 2 of them until the end of the 2021-2022 season until 07.04.2022.
2) Also Super League clubs; Provided that they comply with the relevant instructions and regulations of the TFF, the contracts they will sign, valid until the end of the 2021-2022 season, can be registered with the coaches who are registered as foreign nationals and whose contracts are suspended in the clubs of the Ukrainian and Russian Football Federation.
