The market for refurbished devices is booming, but there are hardly any rules for refurbished electronics devices. “Only the warranty period has been determined, and it is still too short,” criticizes consumer organization Testaankoop. How can you be confident that you are buying a decent device? What should you pay attention to? And how big is the price difference between refurbished and new?
