Oasis celebrate the 30th anniversary of her legendary album (what’s the story) Morning Glory? With a newly laid out Anniversary Edition. The new publication will be released on October 3, 2025 in a limited edition on 2CD, 3LP and digital.

New unplugged versions and colored vinyls

The anniversary edition of the Oasis album contains five newly produced unplugged versions of well-known songs: “Cast No Shadow”, “Morning Glory”, “Wonderwall”, “Acquiesce” and “Champagne Supernova”. On the basis of Noel Gallagher’s original master bands, these were re-mixed and produced together with Callum Marinho in the Lone Star Sound Studio in London.

In addition, the deluxe edition contains new artwork from Brian Cannon and newly written Liner Notes. The LP versions appear in several colored vinyl variants and are based on the 2014 remaster.

An album for eternity

(What’s the story) Morning Glory? originally appeared on October 2, 1996 via Creation Records. Just a year after her debut album, Definitly Maybe secured the international breakthrough of Oasis. The record was awarded the best British album at the Brit Awards in 1996 and sold over 22 million times worldwide. In the UK, it is one of the best -selling studio albums of all time. According to National Album Day, it is also the most streamed album of the 90s. Oasis’ debut plate follows in second place.

Oasis tour start on July 4, 2025

The announcement of the anniversary edition coincides with the start of the OASIS Live ’25 tour, which ensures high demand worldwide. For the UK shows alone, fans from 158 countries applied for tickets. The tour starts on Friday (July 4th) in Cardiff and then leads the Gallagher brothers through Great Britain and internationally on other stages.
