– A very insane feeling. We get the world’s first ready-to-eat meals from oats to market. This is a great thing. The countryside wins when we use Finnish raw materials, Kinnari rejoices to Iltalehti.
Oats used in Kinnari Farm’s ready-to-eat meals come from the fields of Päijät-Häme, from the family mill. Terhi Kinnari is the 14th mistress of the farm in Hollola.
– We have had the idea that every Finn would fall in love with the oatmeal and use oats in the same way as it is eaten as bread, porridge or milk. Agriculture needs self -sufficiency, and we have such a super grain that is golden and beautiful and matures as fast as rice. Why not use it?
