The 17-year-old son of Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of the Russian region of Chetsjenia and narrow ally of President Vladimir Putin, has been appointed head of the Security Council of the region. Adam Kadyrov is already bodyguard from his father, director of the University of the special troops and observer in a new army battalion.
