Teenage injures himself with explosive substances in Berlin: Evacuated three homes and evacuated 33 people

In Marzahn, a district of the German capital Berlin, a teenager was seriously injured in an explosion on Wednesday afternoon. The seventeen -year -old boy would have deliberately been busy with substances with which explosives can be made. A total of three homes were evacuated and 33 people were evacuated.
