Teen (16) indicates after death 17-year-old during PSG celebration in southern France

The 16-year-old boy who is suspected of the deadly stabbing on a 17-year-old in Dax, southern French, signed up on Saturday evening to the police in Bordeaux. The boy was fleeing for a week and stood internationally through an Interpol Red Notice, an exceptional measure for a minor.
