Taylor Swift has announced her world tour schedule and upcoming venues. Swift’s giant tour will arrive in Europe next summer, but the pop megastar will not be seen in Finland.

The European conquest of Swift’s Eras tour will begin in France on May 9, 2024. After that, she will continue her journey to Sweden, Portugal, Spain, Great Britain, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Poland and Austria. The European tour ends on August 17 at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Swift has never performed in Finland.

Swift’s Eras tour has been a commercial success and garnered critical acclaim. Billboard estimates the US tour’s box office revenue to be a whopping $591 million. 2.4 million tickets were sold for concerts in the United States in one day, which broke records.

The high demand caused problems for Ticketmaster, which sells tickets, and its parent company, Live Nation. Ticketmaster was not prepared for the flood of fans buying tickets and had to cancel the public sale of tickets. Angry fans sued the company and a debate arose in the US Congress about whether the company has too much market share.

Eras is Swift’s first world tour since 2018. Since then, she has released four new studio albums: 2019 released Loverborn during the corona pandemic Folklore and Evermore and published last year Midnightswhich became one of the most successful albums of the year.
