Perhaps, do we designed conscientiously what we wanted for us or were we only at the mercy of the opportunities that were presented to us?
In my experience as an expert coach in professional reinvention, I listen repeatedly, in women + 35 years, this phrase: “I let myself be carried away” when they came to consultation with a meaningless regarding their career and thousands of professional rethinks.
And so beyond the particular situation of each one, the pattern is that in all there is very little fulfillment with their working life and the uncertainty that stalks them with the mere fact of thinking about doing something different.
How many times did you want to kick the board and give up that work that no longer resonates with you?
How many times did you dream of a working life very different from your current reality?
How many times did you envy those women who were encouraged to give up that fixed salary at the end of the month to undertake with purpose?
How many times did you feel that you are to give even more when before the external look you have a job that brings together all the expected requirements?
The good news is that it is in you and only in you the power to design a professional future where you vibrate with your talents and passions.
My question is at this point, are you willing to bother you?
Diving in the deepest layers of your being and reaching the heart of your most genuine desires at first can be somewhat uncomfortable. But I am convinced that these internal movements that really generate deep transformations are precisely, which will then be reflected in strategic and conscious actions that will allow you to achieve what you really want.
From my experience, the path to professional realization is a continuous trip. Each step counts, and although there may be obstacles, the key is to continue adjusting your internal compass.
Ultimately, it is not just about navigating the work sea, but about building the trip you want to experience.
