Zoetermeer is preparing for a spectacular event: the City Festival 2040! During a trip through the city you will discover what will make Zoetermeer a great place to live, recreate and work in the future. One of the highlights? A bustling walk-in location of inZet.
Free buses will take you on a unique journey on Saturday, September 16, 2023 hop on hop off tour through the city. These buses stop at different locations so that you can fully enjoy everything Zoetermeer has to offer. The Palenstein stop is also a ‘stop point’, where you can then reach the train station within a 5-minute walk bet Walk-in location Center in Palenstein walks in.
Fun for young and old
It festival takes place from 11am to 5pm: a whole day to discover Bet. There is a lot to discover inside the walk-in location Centrum, for example you can join the Happy Stones decorating workshop from 12.30 pm. And the enthusiastic team is ready to answer your questions and tell you everything about their offer and mission.
Outside you will find sporting challenges such as basketball, football, table tennis, curbside and speedminton. Registration is not necessary, put on your sneakers and join in the fun.
For children there is a coloring competition, in which the bet logo is central. Small artists can participate between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and the award ceremony is at 3 p.m.

First aid for money questions
But there’s more! bet presents her Money point at CKC & Partners, one of the five locations participating in Stadsfestival 2040. Here, inZet offers help to people with money worries. From helping with filling in forms and getting the financial overview (back), to the right support in tackling debt, the professionals are ready to help. Enter the shopping bag contest on September 16, 2023. Guess the value and maybe you’ll win the full bag at 3 p.m.!
